Who are Talonmore?

Talonmore is a bold and innovative non-alcoholic drinks brand founded in 2020. The non-alcoholic spirit is inspired by Edinburgh’s history and natural surroundings, with a ginger and cinnamon flavour complemented with malty notes and fruit sweetness.

In 2024, Talonmore set its sights on expanding into On-Trade venues, prompting the hire of Jack to lead this initiative. Jack, who had no prior drinks industry experience, quickly adapted to the sector with the support of Bowimi’s platform. The company now operates with two active Bowimi users, driving their growth in the On-Trade space.

What problem did they have?

Before adopting Bowimi, Talonmore was looking to implement a CRM and had been considering using Salesforce. However, from previous experience Jack found Salesforce to be overly complex and ill-suited for managing field sales in the drinks sector.
